26th September 2023 - The community piece
Mark finished a stunning piece centered around community and unity; these are fundemental values at our club. Without our community we wouldn't be able to make the progress and evolution at our club.

                                                                                           Our Identity
The inspiration for our name "Kingsway Athletic" derives from the Kingsway (A34) road which encompasses the suburbs of Greater Manchester. Starting at Levenshulme it goes through Fallowfield, Ladybarn, Burnage and East Disbury. Our club is at the heart of a diverse community throughout Greater Manchester and we wanted to remain accessible and identifiable with the different cultures and peoples ebbing off of the A34. We encourage all age groups, ethnicities, genders and abilities to immerse themselves within football as an escapism and stimulus to keep yourselves healthy, active and social.

Cringle Fields Project.png

The club is currently embarking on an exciting future project, to refurbish the clubhouse site and is on the pathway to receiving granting to start these long-term plans. In the short-term the club will have to raise a significant amount of money to facilitate the Cringle Project, meaning a focus on fundraising, attracting external investors and community projects. The intended vision to have a fully-functioning communal hub, with toilets, cooking facilities, wifi and parking as well as spaces for staff to work and host midweek community groups. At the centre of these plans is developing Kingsway Athletic and increasing its impact and services to the wider community.
