Last Wednesday students at Withington Girls School collaborated with local artist Osarwitha.k to support the restoration of our club house at Cringle fields Park.
The artwork was for Citizenship day, an annual event where pupils are made to consider their role as a citizen. They go out and support their community, and very fortunately we received their support. It is another huge step towards finishing our club house and giving Kingsway Athletic FC a community base that represents our identity.
Another workshop is planned later in the summer and we can't wait. We are so grateful for this opportunity and connection. Well done to the GCSE art students who designed this piece, you are extremely talented.
